Shocking as the outcome was, I do struggle with all the blame being put upon the radio presenters. Yeah they were idiots, but I think that's a prerequisite for the job. While the blame for the nurse's death is being apportioned, why are no fingers being pointed at the hospital management as well as British press who all heaped scorn and humiliation upon her.

Agreed. I have some sympathy for the DJ's there is no way that one would consider this a predictable outcome.
